Return Eligibility & Instructions
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Please ensure your return package is securely packed and shipped using a reliable courier. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Restocking Policy
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days after the return is approved.
Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Our support team will assist you throughout the exchange process.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at SUPPORT@YOLARACO.COM. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at SUPPORT@YOLARACO.COM and include clear photos of the issue.
In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs. Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, you will be offered either a replacement or a full refund.
