Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing tracking details (when available), allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch, with a total estimated delivery timeframe of 15–20 business days (Monday to Friday).
Possible Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues, weather conditions, high shipping volume, address verification, or customs processing.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If the package is still not delivered after this period, contact us at SUPPORT@YOLARACO.COM, and we will investigate the issue.
Order Cancellations

Please note that once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
